TTC here. What did you to make it happen soon? Is there any suggestion in particular - any position after you do it, supplements, diets, etc.?

The only thing I look forward to on the weekend is drinking a beer or two. I had one beer on Friday. One on Saturday. I know that's not a lot by some standards but I miss going to my gym to unwind. I can't get that escape at home.

It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gone a day or night without crying and feeling haunted by them. I can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t produce quality work, can’t find joy in anything I previously loved. This is the worst physical and psychological pain I’ve ever experienced.

I recently started lifting, only once a week so far since I'm only at my work (and it's free gym) on Mondays. My friend said I might as well not lift at all since I'm not doing it 3 times a week. I get I'm not building a ton of muscle, if any at all, by only going once a week but it was really discouraging to hear that. I'm not in the habit of working out yet, so should I just stop lifting entirely if I'm not doing it 3x weekly?

Fyi…research shows porn and constant social scrolling lowers your dopamine regulation and happiness in real life and ability to enjoy real life connections as much.

Any fellow attorneys out here with any chronic conditions? I suffer from chronic migraines and that is under control, but have been suffering from chronic fatigue. It can be very depressing and lonely. Work makes it worse since some days I move slower and my brain is slower. Hoping I'm not the only one. Currently planted on the couch w fatigue.

Folks! Almost 7 weeks. I have some pain on just one side of the pelvis. Some mild lower back pain on the same side. No other major preg symptoms except fatigue. Hcg levels have been increasing but very slowly. Have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow but freaking out if it could be ectopic! Any similar experiences ? TIA

So yesterday I woke up with an awful migraine; probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. It just so happened that my wife and I had things planned with the kids, but I literally couldn’t get out of bed. Long story short, my wife is still pissed that I spent most of the day in bed because of how I was feeling, and in her words, I should have just “sucked it up and dealt with it for us.” This pisses me off to no end. And she’s still being in a bitchy mood today on top of it!

Today as I sat on my couch packed with medication from surgical procedure, I am feeling lonely. I wish people would think clearly and hard about having children beforehand. Working as a school counselor and a youth therapist, so much trauma starts early simply because parents don't know any better or do what they were taught. It's tough when it isn't abuse or neglect, but it's still having a negative impact on the child's life. Should I recommend family therapy? Is it overstepping to recommend the parent go to private therapy as well?

A bit perplexed on how to feel after event that took place last night. We’re out to dinner for my boyfriend‘s dad‘s birthday and just after we order dinner, his parents hand each of the siblings an envelope.
