i pretend to be batting imaginary dicks outta my face .. when they ask what i am doing, i tell them but leave out the word 'imaginary'.
Keep track of these comments. If they continue you may be glad you had documentation to backup a harassment case.
That shouldn't be an issue in the workplace. I do encounter it among my boyfriends friends. They're 24... so I started telling them they need to grow up. I don't care if it makes me the "Debbie downer" it's annoying. If it's really getting out of hand I would involve HR
Similar to SR1 I will say something like "hey if you guys just want to take them out and compare go right ahead. just let me know so I can step out because I'm not interested."
Talk to your boss or HR. This is referred to as a sexually charged workplace and falls under the sexual harassment umbrella. Your agency could be sued for it and will want to put a stop to it.
