Hi Bowl, Anyone who has accepted an offer from ZS Associates and has joining in last week of April or first week of May. Did you get any mails from onboarding team or recruitment team after accepting offer and Idfy verification? Last communication from ZS people was in January last week when they sent the offer letter and since then there is nothing from them. If anyone of you have an idea, please write back. Thanks in Advance.☺

Don’t listen to ZS1 and ZS2- they are working under god knows what assumption.. it seems like you are in a bad state- you have 0 experience and are currently pursuing MBA hence the Manger said that you are over qualified for A but under qualified for AC.. listen to that Manager, he probably knows better than 1 and 2. MBA is not equal to a 1 level promotion, although it’s hard to get an MBA as Associate- salary would not be enough.. if you had 1-2 years of experience then definitely you would have been hired as AC but with 0 experience it’s kind of - maybe KM situation?? Don’t know how it works, but 1 and 2 definitely don’t know so don’t listen to them..

1 - before you take offence you are not explicitly saying that mba join as AC, so acknowledging that..
2- feel free to take offence.. you are wrong and no one cares..
Yes if you are an MBA, you can join as AC
MBA folks join up as ACs
