Curious to know if anyone who’s moved from EM/PL/AP MBB role is happy? Moved to an S&O role at Meta and I’m struggling to see much benefit other than better WLB/less pressure. S&O in tech feels second-class citizen (lower influence), work isn’t as meaningful, slower and less clear career growth, slower comp trajectory. Feels like the only worthwhile move is to Product but curious to hear if G is better.

What's the best way to find a list of companies that plan on going public in the next 1-3 years? I'd like to exit to a company with the possibility of cashing out on stock options even if it leads to a smaller base or bonus in the short term. Anyone have success with this approach?

I have 30k I want to inject into the market. 10k of that, I’d be happy to play around and if I lose it I lose it. I’d like to be relatively hands off.
