Halfway through a year-long project. Small team, and one has already quit because they had enough. I’ve been looking for exit ops, but want to make sure I leave for the right thing. Not because of how much I HATE everything right now. Feeling ready to burn bridges and tell Partner to find me a replacement/roll me off if they want anything quality done moving forward, because in this team’s environment, it won’t be coming from me.

I feel you OP. Just about had enough with my manager. Literally can’t say anything without upsetting her. It’s a constant power struggle and she’s so sensitive.
