The folks in the tri-state area, having any issues with getting power back or optimum?

Optimum user here in the tristate area. Their customer service was nonexistent, and they didn’t make any communications or formal announcements due to how poorly they handled the situation. However, after you’ve regained power, you should have internet back up and running because they’ve fixed the systemic issue. However, in fixing the issue, they’ve reset a large number of users modems / router names. For instance, I never recognized my internet name once it came back online. What was once “sample home WiFi name 123” was factory reset to password protected “A681648”, so I never thought to try it. It turned out that was my regular “sample home WiFi name 123” and I had already had internet restored for ~3 hours. But yes, optimum was complete ass and probably the worst service provider to come out of the tropical storm.

My daughter is a college student fresh into her career. She previously worked for T-Mobile in sales/customer service. She resigned from this role after 3 years for a better opportunity at a tech start-up. She was with the company for 3 weeks, today they called her and said they could no longer afford her salary and would be letting her go. They are paying her a small severance and also allowed her to keep her equipment and office set-up. Does anyone know of any opportunities that are available?

I'm really good at taking constructive feedback and hardly ever take it personally but I switched teams early this year and everything discussed as a team, always feels like a personal attack. One of my team members constantly feels the need to call out my work and I get constant feedback from my manager about what I'm not doing right.
I feel mentally tired trying to do my best work and keep them happy at the same time. I don't understand how to think about this in the right light.
