lol this is totally true!!

I personally believe the grass is always greener on the other side, it just requires more maitnence. Meaning problems will arise and differences will be present, but it's the quality of the problem we need to adress.

I have been interviewed by 'FEI System', USA. But the offer letter which I have received is from a different company, 'Husys Consulting' Hyderabad.
When I asked them the reason behind this, they told me that FEI System has no physical presence in India, so 'Husys Consulting' hire on behalf of FEI System to meet legal compliance.
From the offer letter, it looks like it is third-party hiring. Should I accept this offer?
Any help would be appreciated.
