Yeah, except the manager has the ability to help the consultant not be a shitty consultant and that is part of their job. Shitty managers on the other hand- very little that you can do

Yeah, but when they're at that level, they'll at least eventually be good. I feel like it is significantly harder to have bad managers leave the firm
