My wife is getting an onsite opportunity for the US via internal transfer (L1 Visa). My company is not providing me that opportunity. So she wants me to travel with her. Can I go with her on her Visa? How can I go? What is the procedure to get a job in the US if I travel with her?

Posting the same thing again cos im so sick and tired of my work schedule and burned out like crazy and need a solution badly. I'm on h1b. I will apply for the h4. What will happen if after the 60 days i get my job and my h4 is still pending change of status. Do i exit the country for the new h1b? Can i withdraw my h4 ?

I am from Europe with economically similar opportunities. I kind of hate my job, don’t think I am paid or treated fairly and some days I just wanna go home. I am on L1A, for GC I have to wait another year before they start the process. My bf is American but it’s too early to marry and also not a quick fix 😅
