If I take 4 weeks off to travel (I have the PTO), is that frowned upon?

I just hate my job, I took a break for a month thinking meeting family and friends will ease my anxiety and may be a fresh start will help out, but after vacation and 2 weeks in everything is coming back. Anxiety, sleepless night and urge to quit without actually finding a new job. I know impact will be huge (on visa). Not sure what to do ? 😞. SO keeps on asking to find something before quitting. I know I am asking too much from SO. But worried about my mental health. Just wanted to let it out.

I usually budget $3k.

Deloitte 🐠, sorry if this has come up before, I haven't seen an answer: if I bill 36 hours Monday - Thursday, can I just take 4 hours of PTO Friday? Or am I obligated to take 8?

Which big 4 has the best PTO policy?

Does Deloitte have an extra holiday for labor day? Or is it just that monday off?

Just left the big 4 and unless I am reading it wrong it appears my PTO payout rate was related to the number of hours I charged and not my salary (PTO $ rate = earnings/total YTD hours)? I guess in the end there was a benefit to eating all those hours! ;)

Feeling very burnt out. With work, and also personal things going on in my life right now. I can’t take time off because we’re in the middle a massive campaign, and I can’t really express to anyone how burnt out I am since such a large contributing factor is personal issues that aren’t the agency’s concern or responsibility. Don’t plan on spending a ton of money or traveling this year due to COVID
but...
Would like to eventually fund a nice vacation using CC points.
