What’s the worst part about travel?
Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

Yeah I feel you. When I was younger, my mom was feeding my sister and the whole roomed smelled milky. The young me did not like it. I think it's a natural response, but agree it's probably polite to be discreet about your repulsion so that it's easier on the poor woman. Also, I think it would be a bit creepy if you liked the smell lol
The best thing to do in these situations is to dig deep for your compassion and empathy. Try to imagine how you would feel (not what you would do) in her situation. I can't imagine she WANTS to be pumping. I would probably feel a little embarassed and vulnerable. It makes it easier to handle. I had a bloody murder screamer on a four hour flight and instead of getting mad at the mom I just told her she was doing great at keeping it together and it must be hard. And I even tried playing with the toddler which worked on and off. Life's hard enough.
Traitor!!!
You were a baby once, breast feeding is natural!
