The new MyFitnessPal update sucks!!!!! I wanna see the breakdown of my macros for free!!!!! Any other apps that are better than MFP?

I use an app called my net diary. Cleaner and less ads than mfp, but smaller food database.

A huge Cronometer fan!! It also shows micro nutrients in detail ( along with macros) for free and I think the database is more accurate because it uses actual values from usda upc and others rather than user generated inputs also the database has grown in the last few years!

I use MyPlate doesn’t have a big of food database as MFP. It does show the macro breakdowns using a pretty ui. (Pie chart)

Body: Light bodied.

My floor supervisor (direct report) married the operations manager two weeks ago. I can’t say anything to either of them without hearing it repeated back to me from the other one. I'm trying to suss out if a new member of our dept hates me or my team (she manages a different team).

My initial take is she's just hard to read and probably a tightly controlled introvert. My direct report felt she's 'cold as ice,' 'bristling' at our suggestions, and forming a clique that wants to do their own thing with no input from our team. He's triggered very easily, and there was no explicit evidence, just a 'vibe' so I wrote it off. (See 1st comment)

I have never gone to the gym or really worked out, and want to make a change in my life to start exercising. I'm not sure how to handle post-workout showering though.

First time growing out hair and it's coarse/wavy/dry so it takes days for oils to distribute (so oily scalp) due to pushing off washing -- when I do wash, I shampoo only the scalp and will conditioner the rest of my hair. I'm afraid of overwashing, but if I don't wash my hair after I sweat, it will frizz and poof up. Any advice?

What’s the best low calorie, high protein snack?

Background- In quarantine I’ve been intermittent fasting &calorie counting for a few months, and still working out in the mornings. My workout has usually been a 3-4 mile run and I’ve definitely gotten leaner but I’m now trying to add in more strength training, and so I feel like I should be getting protein after my workouts.

Any advice on where to go from here appreciated too!

I have drank 49 out of the last 90 days. Typically two glasses of red wine at night. Is this an issue? I do want to lower my drinking but have been struggling with doing so honestly.

skinless chicken thigh still has skin on it...are the nutritional counts accurate?

Does anyone actually wake up refreshed and if so can you share your secrets? It doesn’t matter how much or how little sleep I get I wake up feeling like I got hit by a train. I run 3-4x per week and have lost ~20lbs in the past few months so I should be getting enough vitamin D and have a healthy diet. Don’t drink coffee or other caffeine (unless herbal tea on occasion counts). I wear an eye mask to block out light. Tried melatonin but it gave me nightmares. I feel like I’m losing hope on sleep
