Not sure I follow. There are doctors doing immensely complex things I can’t even dream about.

Everybody knows what an attorney does. If the person you’re talking to doesn’t know what “complex M&A” means, you tell them you give legal advice to your clients.

“I help companies and investors buy and sell other companies, either the whole thing or a piece of the company” is pretty much how I explain it to someone if they’re a lay person. That covers all of M&A, capital markets, VC and PE projects in a very very simplified manner.

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.
