What does a typical day as a KYC analyst look like?

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

Currently a second-year associate at a regional law firm and just heard that my dream big law firm that is widely recognized for my practice area has invited me to a second round of interviews with partners and associates. The interview is expected to be 2 hours long, and I have no idea what to expect. Any big law laterals out there with advice? I would greatly appreciate it!

I have 2-hour interviews 3 times this week. My firm requires that attorneys be in the office unless they need to work from home for some (good) reason. How can I attend the interviews without drawing suspicion? Note: if I say doctors appointment I’m worried my boss will ask for documentation.

I am working with a partner that assigns highly complex projects with a lot of responsibility but then gets angry and impatient when I ask questions or bill longer trying to figure things out on my own. It’s a lose lose. Any advice?

Is it reasonable to be expected to spend 20-30 non-billable hours a month checking your paralegal’s work? (i.e. summarizing hundreds of records and bills). The partner said he “didn’t use paralegals” at his previous firm and eating the time is an “investment in yourself.” Is this common?

How realistic is it to move from an in-house counsel role to the business side (strategy / finance / sales)

My boss asked me how much time I need off for the bar exam (second juristiction). I told him I'd like to start really hammering down beginning of July. He was fine with that, but as far as being "gone" no one has said anything about me taking time off. The firm has unlimited vacation. Are they still going to pay me? Lol. I know this is very specific, but I'm curious what has been the case for others at firms with similar vacation rules.
