Need words of wisdom and encouragement to stay calm. Rationally I know I need to stay still for a couple of months (3-4 months), but emotionally I am not entirely happy. I am impatient; I have a goal and I want to hit it. I am competitive; I have friends who are ahead of me financially and I want to catch up. But right now I am not able to make moves. I feel stuck, even tho I know it’s just gonna be a couple of months. Sigh.

How much notice do you think is appropriate to give? Have been working here for over 4 years and am a mid-level creative. Thank you!

Not a question but very discouraged. I asked for a 20% raise and they came back with “ and all of my years at (won’t disclose yet) I have never seen a 20% increase approved”. I’m thinking well can you ask for fuck sake… ugh so over this.

Does anyone feel like the AEs crushing their numbers generally walk into a great account versus working really hard on prospecting? I’ve worked for Microsoft and Servicnow as a Strategic AE and I rarely saw the successful AEs (+200% attainment) doing any prospecting or needing BDR.
