For 4 years of experience how much CTC is good?

Is working at Goldman Sachs worth it? I’ve heard there’s no WLB and I’m hesitant on taking an offer. The pay increase is great about 20k more then I’m making but not worth sacrificing my mental health, time, driving distance and schedule if it will be too demanding in the HCM department. I’m also worried because I’m fresh out of school and though I know I have a good background (bachelors) I know I’m not as qualified as others that have worked there. I’m so burnt out. I’m on the verge of a mental breakdown and I feel like I need three months of stress leave.
