The PA Secretary of State overseeing the counting of ballots: “The closer the race, the longer it takes to count the votes.” Why should that have any affect on how fast the votes are being processed, unless the process is somehow being manipulated?

You can’t think of any other possible explanation for why they would be slower and more deliberate when they know the presidency is on the line?

And you think that if she was manipulating the vote, she would just admit it with the whole world watching?

Please think harder.

You know it’s always some type of spin or leap of logic when some well-known figure supposedly “admits they did something wrong” right on camera

Then, you have Trump. Who admits he did something wrong with a straight face on in front of millions of viewers and won’t even deny it

And you still vote for this clown

When you have razor tight margins, you count very very carefully. If the margin is huge, then having a few slip through the cracks doesn’t matter as much

like

Also- when races aren't close typically you can essentially stop counting once the race is called. Most other years, the losing candidate knows they lose on election night or the next day, so they withdraw which basically makes counting the rest a moot point.

To clarify, the counting still continues because it has to be certified by each state, but media outlets will “call” a state with good reason and we don’t keep paying attention to the actual vote counts at that point.

You don’t really want an answer. The Pennsylvania Republican legislation did not allow mail ins to be counted until Election Day. Pennsylvania has always taken a long time to count the votes. Adding that this is a record setting election. I would be more suspicious if the state rushed through counting them in a day.

If you wanted your money to go the furthest to support your favored political party/cause, where would be the best place to put it?

Donate to state party organizations? National party organization? Individual candidates? Advocacy/special interest groups/PACs?

To the Europeans that claimed that America is a laughing stock earlier - Europe's energy dependency rate has risen to 58% (as of 2018), mostly dependent on fossil fuels from Russia. The US now exports more energy than imports (as of 2019).

The US and Canada are now uniquely positioned in the world to aggressively expand renewables without sacrificing energy independence. Probably won't have to manufacture renewables in parts of the world that rely heavily on energy sources like coal too.

In not breaking news, Even when Biden clearly is winning Trump can declare victory, file lawsuits, screw with people... he can do whatever he wants, which has been his M.O. he just grabs them by the hello! At this point I would not be shocked if he claimed himself victor even before the election... wait a minute in breaking news he has!!! Don’t fuel the hype. Vote. There has been brewing division for decades now but Trump has torn the remaining shreds of unity and decorum this country had. It wouldn’t have cost anything to make a unifying and pacifying statement. Reminding us all that we are all Americans and despite our checkered past, the goal is to forge ahead as one united nation.... I was sold on Trump in 2015 and voted for him cos I found him different and entertaining. Now, I’m filled with extreme disgust!!
