Also do we need to rebrand slavery and call it the American Holocaust for people to understand the magnitude of its destruction of African and African-American lives, and the impact that slavery and white supremacy has had on the continued oppression of an entire group of people? The KKK are the longest running domestic terrorist group in this country and has never been disbanded. The group and its predecessors (slave owners/traders) are responsible for millions of deaths, dividing countless families, raping, mutilating, and torturing countless people, and forcing people to endure unspeakable living conditions (putting it lightly). All you people talking about "facts??" It is a FACT that YOUR president refused to denounce white supremacy. It is a fact that he said there were "good" people among the group (by definition of what they believe in, a white supremacist cannot be a "good" person). It is a FACT that he called Kaepernick a "Son of a bitch"...but he considers the KKK to be "good" people. It is a fact that his father was a clansman and that the family refused housing to n*****s in the 70s. There are so many other facts that prove he's racist, would you like me to continue?

EY3: Please see my previous post that includes the oxford dictionary definition of racism. I suggest you take up your need with them...

PS: As a white guy I have been 'randomly selected' as well multiple times!! A couple of those times were by non-white TSA Officers. Do you think they were being racist? I also was pulled over in my early 20s in the downtown of my hometown because I was driving my step moms beemer and they thought I stole it...

Although cops don't scare me because I understand statistics and the likely hood of something bad happening. You're basically more likely to die just from driving through a bad neighborhood and having a stray bullet hit you than a cop kill you while unarmed and complying with directions.

I used to think that he was just exploiting white nationalists for political reasons, but it's becoming more and more clear every day that Donald Trump holds racist and white supremacist ideology himself.

like

D1 if you think trump doesn't affect our daily lives you are sorely mistaken. My long term girlfriend is a DACA recipient. My brother is trans and a member of ROTC in college. My mother has healthcare through the ACA and has a major disability. My daily life is changed drastically based on Trump. You are very privileged if you don't understand that. Maybe him speaking about the national anthem doesn't affect my daily life but as someone who is half Jewish and half Native, him not condemning white nationalists does affect me.

like

@D1 you must be white as factory fresh mayonnaise if you don’t think trump’s actions affect the lives of US citizen. If you can’t see that at this point, turn your badge and laptop in Monday.

Hi Investment 🐠,

I want to buy a condo or house that’s a part of a resort community with a rental program, with the idea that I rent it out 99% of the year, and am looking to crowdsource suggestions. It can be in any high end ski, beach, or golf destination within an 8 hour flight radius of New York, with the US, France, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, or Spain preferred. Areas with limited forest fire/hurricane risk are a plus. At least two bedrooms/bathrooms, max budget of $1m. Thanks!

One of your roommates (and a close friend that you’ve known for years) has a flight to catch. He has a suitcase, a duffle bag (no wheels), and a backpack. In order for him to get to the airport would you:

A) offer to drive him to the airport that’s about .5 miles away (5 minute drive)

B) tell him to order an Uber since you know his work would pay for it

C) tell him to not be lazy and walk half a mile to the nearest public transportation stop, with all that luggage, and take public transit

Not sure this has to do with introversion, but I like doing activities alone, whether travel, concerts, sporting events. Just hate getting dragged in others’ pace

It's becoming a pattern that we do our objections or a motion for protective order, but OC's immediately move to compel and for sanctions at the discovery deadline. By the time the court decides the issue, it's usually in favor of the party propounding the discovery because they hate overdue discovery and don't even read.
