Started a new job -- client facing, internal visibility, name recognition at industry events within my org and others in the field. Get along well with everyone, and as people feel comfortable with me personally, I get asked how old I am -- response has always been "young!" Range about 5-10 yrs younger than those who ask and who consider me "peers" and 10-20+ younger than those considered seasoned/old-timers.

What’s a reasonable dollar amount for a gift to my boss? They’re having a baby soon and she shared her registry with me. I was thinking $50, is that ok? I don’t want her to feel awkward
