Hi Fishes... I heard from the Consultancy that my Job application has been put on hold after completing my final round of interview... I appeared for SAP ABAP Consultant position... Any idea how long my application will be put on hold and for what reasons?

Wondering what the average salary is in North East for a Consultant in employee health and benefits with 6-8 years of experience. Experience with both fully insured and self funded clients, carve outs on pharmacy and stop loss, captives, MEWAs as well as underwriting & financial skills.

Last year I told my class about my partner and it was the best decision ever made. My admins, students, and parents were supportive and had no affect at all. What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? I’m a first year and just learning my role on the team, and recently I was the only associate on a deal and reported directly to the partner. (More in comments)

After 12 rounds of me vs my adhd - its still a LOVE/HATE relationship. I conclude I’m in the wrong career as a result. I love being smart, excelling, having random super human skills. But my career/stalemate with my own mind makes me feel like I am the biggest loser fuck up ever. All the time. I 1000% understand why work isn’t working out. I empathize for all involved > they probs deserve. Thrilled to figure this out but OH F$CK this is gonna get BAD bad before it gets fixed. Commiserate?

I need to get this out there. Unless you literally work as an actually model (wannabe instagram influencer doesn’t count)/actor/ actress, there is no reason why your LinkedIn profile picture should look like a high school senior photo wanna-be-glam shot.
