Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building. I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time).
