It’s such an interesting topic and I think the disruption is encouraging us to think differently- ie focus on employer brand, look into other avenues of recruiting, internal workforce planning, and even our expectations on time to fill.
Avenues would include ATS, different job boards, other industry relevant sourcing channels, internal network. Nothing new but I think just looking harder into existing channels.
Keen to hear what other people think
Time to fill is now huge, that has been a big change. I work agency side so a lot of effort has gone into educating clients on this. Some get it and are really good. Others don’t and they are a nightmare…but as much as they stamp their feet or try other agencies…it does change anything.
