I have 5 YOE experience in total and 13 LPA CTC.
I shifted from Unix to Data Science 3 years back. My current org. is aware of this change.
I always did great and was appreciated by clients. But my company still considers me as a fresher and pays me less - as they are aware of my previous exp.

I don't have any issues with my current org - it has great WLB, client is very supportive and permanent remote role. The only problem is my pay.
Any suggestions for my problem?

I have an offer that’s exploding end of the week. All in, it’s $375k annual TC and I have five years of experience. The money is obviously amazing and I know I’m lucky to receive this good of an offer. This is not a 9-5 and I’m currently at a firm where I don’t have a ton of complaints but am generally tired of billables/tough clients. Should I take it? Team seems great. Having a really tough time. Colleagues think I should hang tight for a better role at a private co. I really value wlb most.

I’ve received an offer for a part time position but unfortunately just learned due to unforeseen circumstances, I will need to continue working full time and in my current role for now. The position is in graphic design. Has anyone ever turned down an offer but offered working on a freelance capacity as an alternative? Staying full time and taking on freelance would be something that would mutually help both out. Does anyone have any advice for how to navigate this conversation?
