The toll transponder makes my windshield look very ugly 🥺. So I just store it in the center console and drive through tolls. They eventually bill my toll account for the toll and add a small fee.

Interesting… in Georgia we get a small, clear sticker with an embedded RFID chip. It’s the only positive about our toll system — the IT interface and backend is so awful I’ve considered submitting a request to GDOT to know which clown town consulting firm built it.

I got a transponder cover that makes it match my dashboard interior and installed it at the base of the windshield (it’s on the dash). It blends in so well that sometimes i think it was stolen. No issues with the tollbooths reading it and i take 2-3 road trips from Chicago to Boston each year.

Thank you.

Why not just hold it up to the windshield when you’re coming up on a tool booth? That’s what I do, because I also don’t like the way it looks on the windshield. No extra fees for that.

It's not new but it's pretty small.

Am I missing something? I understand this is a confession bowl, so all good with anything said in here, but I'm just realizing I don't see my car the same way OP does. This idea and emotion is completely foreign to me. I find it pretty incomprehensible.

I said no to the transponder and just registered my license plate instead. Works exactly the same, confirmed with toll authority - auto withdrawals from my account. I'm in Calif - maybe see if your state works the same way.

I’ll have to check🤔

What car do you drive?

The what?

Did it a few times but still got the fines (I was also going little above the speed limit for the tolls 😂).

What kind of car we talking about here?

A sedan🧐

Atleast your car looks pretty 🥺♥️.

Ok I will🥺

I tried to do this because I needed a paper receipt to be reimbursed by the boutique I worked for. Instead I paid cash and for ebilled too.

You can always print a paper receipt from your online account.

I ordered a tiny one. Doesn’t have easy pass flex but looks way better

I also store my responder in the glovebox and set it in the dash when tools are upcoming

Wow EZPass is much easier

Just put it on the dash as you drive through?

Hi all, has anyone in supply chain taken one of the certification exams? (CPSM, CPSD, CSCP) Does it help in any way besides refreshing contents about supply chain? I was thinking might be a good way to strengthen my resume (most of my career in investment analysis) but not really sure if it really brings that much value. Any insights appreciated. #supplychain #cpsm #cpsd #cscp #education #certifications

I’m not a shy person, but I’ve always had issues speaking in front of groups. I grew up with a lisp (which I’ve since overcome), but I still stumble over my words a lot. I think COVID has exacerbated this a lot since I’m not able to see my teammates or read their body language. I’m a scrum master, so leading calls is sorta in the job description. Any suggestions on how to become a better professional speaker?

Would you rather work for an older, more established company with lots of employees, average salary and a slow climb of the ladder to leadership? OR Would you rather work for a relatively new startup with 2000 employees, GREAT salary and quick career progression, but alot of learning because it’s a startup.? P.S. both companies are known across the globe.
