Remember when clinton's secretary of housing and urban development (cuomo) encouraged subprime lending that set up the framework that led to 08 financial crisis (which bush admin failed to recognize and even made the problem worse)? Then remember when obama admin raised taxes, increased regulations, and rolled out aca during times of recession that led to a slower recovery than it needed to be?
Pwc - Sure it does. If you're being sarcastic, not sure why you thought I was implying otherwise. There were (and still are) valid reasons to be concerned about debt. The only thing that can alleviate some concerns about debt for me is that lending was done at low interest rates.
