Has anyone used dockatot grand for cosleeping with an 8+ month old? Would you recommend it? My baby usually sleeps in her cot but when she gets sick or has teething pain she only sleeps next to me. I haven’t used dockatot before.

Hi Fish, I have a personal question. My parent has offered to pay off my student loans. He’s leaning towards giving me 15k every year (maximum gift allowance) to pay them off. I believe just him just paying off the full balance at once is better. Moms, especially moms in tax, I wonder if I should leave public accounting and go work in private (PE fund). My friends have been telling me that public offers more flexibility, which is critical when you have a baby. How much do people pay for a nanny starting at 6 months? We are going to pay $15 an hour for 7-8 hours a day for at least 3 days a week. Is this low or to much? So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.

its been a dry 2 months

Since quarantine started, I'm doing everything EXCEPT exercising. It's super weird. I am like just not able to do it.
I cook fresh healthy meals, cleaning, reading, working, catching up on sleep, pursuing my passion & side interests, started taking supplements, got a standing desk, walk around in meetings.. but NO dedicated working out. And I can't get myself to do it! Help!
