Has anyone else built a way in how to organised, take notes on and store their life and career progression?

I started out a small trial with Notion 2 years ago, think it's almost blowing out of hand now. Don't know how I could live without it.

Hi guys, how do you deal with a manager who micro manages a lot, also if she wants to say something or give some feedback regarding availability during work,she for some reason marks the senior manager and a senior in those mails , which i find wierd,since she's the manager herself and can directly tell me these things one on one. I find it unprofessional on her behalf, is there a way to give a feedback against your manager, also i have never had this level of involvement by a manager inmycareer

I have a nephew who’s interested in coding (video games, apps, etc.) and I wanted to know if there’s any virtual programs, bootcamps, courses he can do (maybe some that can give him college credits). My district has finally gone 1-to-1. Is there a good app or website that I could use to have students submit answers anonymously while going over problems in class? I did this last week using Kahoot to go over a state testing review packet. It was great because I could see how many got the right answer and move on if no one missed the question. This is my first ever switch in 4+ years of experience from one company to another in a hope to get better pay, with similar responsibilities, upper grade and career-oriented role alinged to my goals.
But I'm not somehow be able to get myself invested/dedicated to the new company and the work. My colleagues are helpful and are experts in their domains; but being a top-tier performer myself, I'm not able to be as productive as I should be (or was).
