Is this a niche, do I need to have a portfolio of clients? (Looking to avoid work drama and seeing if it's worth it before calling on stress leave?)

4th year IP lit in big law and very ready to put the unpredictable long hours behind me. Is in house realistically a better wlb or is it just the grind by a different name? Hi Folks, I am currently serving notice period and 50 days are remaining of 90 days. I have offer of John Deere of 23 LPA as fixed and 8 percentage variable as separate component. I have counter offer of 27 LPA fixed from EPAM Systems .
