Feeling incredibly overwhelmed with a particular project - keep missing deadlines, team dynamic and energy is low, etc. How do you typically approach these situations? Already had a come to Jesus meeting and raised the red flag with higher ups. What else?

Found out we can’t use an important sound effect in our latest edit because it would put us over budget. I created the same sound effect from scratch on my computer for free for us to use. Problem solved. But wait, now I’m told we can’t use my free sound effect because the client should have to pay for it, and if they don’t, I’d be costing the agency money. Talk about stingy.

I have GI issues but it's been years since I have traveled on a plane. Does anyone know if I can bring a squatty potty, as well as my own food, in addition to a carry on bag on to the plane? I tried checking the TSA site but it didn't seem to address this question in particular so I thought I would check with any "travel warriors" out there to find out how things really work.
