Med mal defense. So sick of getting my time cut by the claims rep for being administrative, communication, etc. Obtaining pleadings, correspondence with the client/counsel, etc. are necessary tasks of a lawyer. Its like all they want us to bill for now are drafting pleadings and court appearances. Literally impossible to hit my hours this way. Considering a move to the plaintiffs side bc I’m just so over this.

Hello, I wish to progress in the M&A space. I have a close to 3 years of experience in Financial due diligence and valuation. I am on the verge of completing an accountancy qualification. Do you guys have any idea how I can break into either consulting, PE/VC, or corporate development roles. Given my level of experience and not completely focusing on M&A what would be best way to progress. I'm looking for roles in the EU.

Hi All,

Is it a good idea to vent out (in a professional tone) to your manager/HR during your exit interview? Especially, if you had a bad experience with and found your company's work environment to be very toxic and you were on the receiving end of micromanagement and intimidations from your delivery managers for no reason. It is my first exit interview so I need some tips.
