I have resigned from EY last month and I still didn't relieving letter. When I call them or mail them every time they are saying some technical issue and its been 2 weeks they said the same response. I am a Product Owner with 4+ YOE. I have been in my current role for 4 months and have continuously found that this role and company are not the right fit for me. Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. They have added on responsibilities and I have continuously expressed to my direct manager how I feel.
