I’m at the end of my rope when it comes to my husband. We’ve been together for 13 yrs.When we were dating he was really nice and easy going. We dated for 3 years and then got married. Out of curiosity, is anyone else a single parent on here? I have 50/50 custody, but with all the school activities, on my nights alone I am making up time and working. Anyone feel like your job sees you as "one of the good ones?" I been at my job for three year now, for a while now I been applying for other positions within my job because I want to leave my department. I don’t feel value and appreciated. They would rather hired a new manager than promote within. I have had interviewed in the past and recently but I am told to wait in HR for the final step but never heard from there whether they approved my transfer or not.
