My middle child is waiting to be assessed for additional needs that are impacting him going to school among other things! Both my wife and I need to be home to ensure him and our youngest get to School. Work is applying more pressure to attend onsite training and eventually go into office in near future. I've been exclusively working from home now since early October. How would fish on here tackle this? If I go in to office it is likely my wife will be unable to get youngest two to school!

Additionally, two of EYs global rotational programs are only 3 months (way too short) and 3 years (way too long). Thus, what duration do the other 3 firms offer?
