There is almost nowhere to find reliable bonus information on Canadian firms. I’ve heard of year end bonuses ranging from 10-50% this year (not including Covid bonuses). Let’s start a thread posting year of call, rough billable hours worked and bonus as a percent of salary.
5 year call. 1850 hours. 10%.
Most bay st firms bonus between 10-30%. Based on hours above target. 10% if you hit target, 20% if you are decently above and 30% for well above.
This will vary depending on firm - some mid market and boutiques are less rigid and will bonus well above 30%.

My firm does flat amount for hitting target, an a percentage of base salary for every threshold above target attained (I.e.: if you hit 2000 hours you get the flat amount + 25% base).
7 year call. 1800 hours. 12.5%
