i work for one of the banks where they dont give annual raises (i.e only performance based). i understand from my lawyer partner that all law firms (at least bay st) give annual raises based purely on tenure/seniority. im just wondering if consulting firms do annual raises like law firms?

Car theft is on rise in my area. I want to put safeguards in my car like gps tracker or anything that's available commercially. I heard phone companies have something that uses their cellphone towers to keep track. Any suggestions on gps trackers or other brand products. I am really worried that due to car shortage and job losses thefts are going to go up.
