I joined a banking company post MBA from one of the top B school of India. However, the job does not aligns with my interest. I'm more inclined towards tech roles and I have been applying externally for product manager role for last 4 months. New joiner are not allowed to switch to other roles internally till they complete 2 years.
But, I'm not getting shortlists as most of the PM/APM roles requires prior PM experience. Can anyone please let me know what to do in such a situation.

Attorney signing consultant agreement?

A prospective client sent me a generic consulting agreement to sign. I have not done that before but always use our own engagement letter. I find nothing objectionable in their consulting agreement but I worry that it may hurt the client if an argument can be made that a consultant is not necessarily an attorney and that they are waiving protections of attorney client privilege or attorney work product.

Am I overthinking this or is my gut right?

Identity like aadhar card) on Experience letters, My aadhar have only my First name My first company provided my name full like firstname with lastname 2nd organization provided experience letter with firstname only 3 rd organization provided experience letter with first name and lastname Will this create issue ???
