There’s a job I like that asks for 7+ years of experience. I only have 3. Will I definitely be denied even with an interview? The role is “partnerships and strategy manager” at a tech company.

I received a technical test for an AI consultant role. I have no idea what the content or how I should prep. is it appropriate to go back to the company recruiter and ask to provide more info?

I’ve been interviewing with Google since July. Passed the first interview but the team I was matched with ended up hiring someone else. Recruiter told me that she will let me know if any other opportunities arise as I’m still in the running and haven’t been rejected. I know that interviewing with google is a long process but I’m worried the longer I wait the more likely I will be rejected or just never hear back. Anyone else in this situation? Would love to get your input on this but how do you guys feel about consulting, especially with a STEM background? I have worked on studies where we make recommendations that anybody with a basic scientific/engineering knowledge will say “yea, no f-ing sh*t. We want to do that too. But it’s impossible to achieve from technical perspective with the money we have. You don’t think we already thought of that?”
