Are ad agencies better off hiring an animation studio for all their ads, or are ad agencies considering building full fledged teams to do all the animation in-house? Especially due to the increasing demand for animation, more so after covid.

When do you know that it’s time to leave your current agency? Currently experiencing: told no promotions in sight due to COVID, yet somehow hiring for senior roles in the same sector; subpar clients with no imagination or budget; account leadership that is endlessly critical of team efforts while pushing the same tired ideas across clients. However, as someone relatively new to the industry, isn’t every agency facing the same at the moment? Is the devil you know better than the one you don’t?

Biden wants law maker to send him covid 19 hate crime act to sign. There is finally admissions from the highest level of the government that hate crime against asians is no okay. I got really emotional after I read the article in bloomberg about it. We can finally have some justice in a country where people have often tried to downplay racism against asians. I came down with COVID and finally clearing through this fog of the last month, where I missed the tip I usually give our doormen.
