There’s a man that always hangs in the lobby of my building and by the elevators. He frequently follows me and others into the building and is clearly on drugs.

Last night I ran into him by the elevators. It was a little unsettling so I called the front desk to escort him if he lived here. Based on their response, he clearly doesn’t live here nor am I the first person to call about him. He followed me into the bldg again today. Is there a way to keep him away besides just calling security?

Venting a bit: Are you finding DEI groups at work overrun with allies. Is there also an increase in celebrating said allies? Is it just me?

Most of the groups I'm in (esp. event teams) are being taken over by allies wanting to do what they think should be done to 'celebrate' whatever topic the month is, usually speaking over marginalized coworkers and rarely consulting with them. It seems like the only time this doesn't happen is for gay (usually yt) men or BHM. I'm just feeling so...minimized.

Young professional (23M) considering move to colonial village / Lyon village by purchasing a condo in the next year or so. I like it bc it has proximity to bars/restaurants and metro stations. The condos are also pretty cheap, staying under 300k, although I did notice HOA fees are comparable to some high-rise condos.
