I am deputed at the client office. I use PSL laptop only to check mails. But in my last appraisal my manager told me that I need to get 60 credit points for promotion. But due to client work load, i won't be able to do that. So, I have resigned from PSL mentioning the same that promotion will not happen.
But my manager told me that he will try to give me a promotion in next cycle (ignoring the credit points clause). He is asking me to withdraw resign
Shall I withdraw my resign? Persistent
Hi fishes, in urgent need of your suggestions.
One of my friend is having offer from Oracle Pune for software developer role in Oracle store team. but he does not have clear idea of the role whether it will be operations, support or development work.
Does anyone know what kind of work is there in store team. Also, is it possible to change the project once we get inside?
Urgent suggestions required...
Thanks!

He gave you a chance, and you passed on it. Time to move on.
If it’s too late, then don’t linger.
If you can still get on the project, then maybe consider it if it’s a space you are passionate about.
There’s always next time too, just don’t burn the bridge
I generally respond to emails late, not because I like it but because priorities. I seldom use blanket approach for everyone on my team - each member has a different personality and drivers so I try reciprocate.
Don’t feel guilty. Just reach out and he may be able to accommodate. We like to work with good team members and don’t hold the last time you declined against you.
