Sooo Do I accept the offer and hope it’s not as bad as the reviews and if so, stick it out until I get enough experience to jump ship?

Just started as a first year at an ID firm in soflo. Had no idea what I was getting myself into or that 2400 hours was out of the ordinary. This person has significant skills and writes very well.
