Min wage is 15 from where I'm at. How much should I ask for at this new job? I was hoping 18-20. Is that reasonable?

If I live in NJ and work in NYC, I know normally I would pay taxes to NY and get a credit from NJ for the amount paid to NY (right?), but what about everyone who lives in NJ and whose office is in NYC but has been working from home in NJ? Does that change anything? when I submit my timesheets I have to specify what state time was worked in. Will I get to pay lower NJ taxes for the time spent working from home in NJ? Tried the old google but haven’t found anything helpful. Thanks!

I’m a cyber sec analyst with an experience of 4 years and 11 months with a fixed salary of 11LPA. I was interviewd at comcast ( For SKY ) and it went really well. The panel fron UK was really sweet and kind and I dint have any 2nd thoughts…Until, the HR said they could offer only 12 LPA as my current package itself is too high for my experience and the finance team isnt providing approval beyond 12L
