Received an offer at Deloitte RFA as an analyst in Chicago for mid $70k

I'm thinking of applying next fall as a recent grad for strategy or management consulting at my school's career fair. With no access to on campus recruiting, is this viable? Should I extend a quarter as a super senior for OCR in fall 2021? Bummed I missed out on OCR my senior year and would like to start my career on the right path, which for me I think is in consulting.

I work at Big4 TAS Germany,with a great team and a nice role that I enjoy. Nevertheless, I very often feel underpaid and at the moment the market seems quite hot and it would be possible to change to IB. Anyone has views on Big4 TAS vs Small local IB Boutiques (IEG, Case, Contor). Money is definitely better but I am afraid that the lack of name recognition may hinder my exit opps long term.
