My wife is pregnant with our second kid. We have both been vaccinated and also taken booster shots.

I go to the gym a couple of times a week where people don't wear masks and proof of vaccines are not required for membership. Feeling really nervous, help! I’ve been using topical hydroquinone 4% since before I found out I was pregnant. Now reading the label I realise that it’s not advised and a category C by the FDA - I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have obviously stopped now but really scared I might have caused serious harm to my baby.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 40. Tried Vyvanse for a couple of months. It works in terms of depriving grogginess, afternoon post meal crash, and suppressing appetite (at times).

However, I still needed help planning/prioritizing my day,  listening and active note taking, and keeping myself accountable. So decided to replace meds with coffee. Also, the fact that most people on meds had to progressively increase their medication over time did not sit well with me. (cont'd)

It recently came to my attention that I’m billing significantly more than is strictly required of me and also more than the attorneys are required to bill (and what they actually bill lol). I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
