As an AAE I wouldn’t be to picky, just get your foot in the door.
Unfortunately, they're not going to keep you in mind in the future because you're not senior and experienced enough for them to bother. There are always juniors to fill entry level jobs. If you had particular experience and set of skills that allowed you leverage in picking accounts in the future, then maybe. So take this other opportunity, like Art Director said, or just email saying what you said here and let go of it forever in your mind.
"Thank you for considering me for this additional opportunity. I'm afraid it's not the right fit for me at this time, but would be open to any other opportunities you may have in the future"
Don’t be picky, get some experience and rapport and then look for the accounts you like.
Just cause you’re junior level doesn’t mean you have to take whatever comes your way. Unless you are in need of a job right this moment, which it seems like you’re employed, just say exactly what AD1 suggested, don’t burn bridges, and maybeeee hope they have a new recruiter when an opportunity you really want comes up.
Be picky. Juniors are the most hirable people. They're cheap.
