Does anyone have thoughts on a nanny vs daycare for an infant? I’m currently pregnant with twins and joining waitlists for daycares for post-maternity leave but most waitlists are VERY long and a lot of my friends have gone with a nanny. For context, I’m a senior associate in a busy transactional practice, my husband is in house (works much less than me) and my parents live in the same city and are willing to help but not be full time care.
