Bro, there is a thin line between People who are competent but with little to no experience and those who don't take things seriously. Don't combine them please.
And everyone (every human being) is capable of doing anything, if they have that vigour.
Instead of getting jealous, why not give a helping hand to those who are trying? Remember, even you started at 0 at some point.
PS: If you're talking about those who are not even trying, then I excuse you.
@Trans Well, create a confusion matrix and deduce whatever you name it.
I clearly mentioned in layman terms.
Do you think HRs entertain candidates having 2-3 months notice period? Such candidates having genuine experience struggle to get calls.
Even companies which have 3 months notice policy prefer shortlisting candidates with less notice period and avoid the ones who have to serve 3 months notice :(
.
Not sure ..what do you want to convey ..Doesn’t make any sense for me atleast
Rising Star
One more : Fake candidate post rant on fishbowl, and whine on his luck and blame others for failures.
Real candidate : work hard and crack interviews.
What are some examples of fake candidates ?
No PF and Form 16
Company Official mail ID (in case of verification)
2/3/4 years exp but with recent certifications
Fake candidates means those who buy fake experience certificates and get job based on that
I don't know why your question the OP is clear what he means
I think years of experience and package could not justify someone is fake or not. I have example where one of my friend having 5 YOE was struggling to get 6 LPA then he had to compromise with 5.5 LPA. So as per your POV he must be considered fake due to he had accepted 5.5 L with 5 YOE but I have seen him working with me so I know him personally. Although he was switching his domain from mobile to web development and today after 2 years he is at good package that's 20+ LPA.
We are nobody to define anyone fake.
It could be the company's policy which decides that.
A company has all sorts of people joining... One can't judge anyone circumstances
I believe there should not be any fake candidate term if organization hires as per the skills and learning attitude only. **Though i am not telling they are not following this. but..... irrespective of " backlogs ", " what are you doing this much year gap " ( for most of the cases), " why we will take you from non tech to tech if we have direct tech candidate option " and so on.
If a person is capable enough which interviewer can guess while interviewing and a little training and kt can help them to grow then there should be option to consider those candidate.
