Stuck on a tech implementation for 18 months now. Part of me wants to quit my job, but a big reason I am anxious to do so is how pivotal my knowledge and experience is to the success of the project.

Has anyone given interview for Oracle Pl/SQL developer with 7-9 years of experience?
What are the concepts, questions, real life problem solving scenarios generally being asked?

Is it more difficult to hear (or process hearing) things when on stimulants? Several times people speak to me and then I feel I didn’t hear or understand them, never happens off stims: Any similar experiences?

Stress is causing a massive flare-up of racing thoughts recently. I feel like it's been at least a week or two since I last was able to completely clear my mind. We have an enforced ( by our office manager) 8:30 to 5:00pm office hours policy for professional staff. Is this common in small firms? No reward for staying late but frowned upon for arriving late.

Anyone looking to sublet/transfer lease for their NYC apartment? Ideally looking for a studio

Has anyone successfully negotiated a flexible lease break clause into their rent stabilized lease? Rent stabilized units wont lower rent and aren’t allowed to do month to month. I’d like to resign but only if I have a way out mid way if needed (e.g. give them 30 days notice).
