Has anyone waived in to MN before as in house counsel? One of the requirements is actively practicing law for 36 of the last 60 months. I did perform legal functions but it mentions demonstrate evidence of and so I was just curious about any experience others may have had.

Or all the 8hrs shall be charged to bench only?
Or Can I charge all the 8hrs to L&D?

760 GMAT 3.1 GPA ORM, F500 tech PM and former FAANG SWE. 3.5 years total exp.

My team consists of me and my Manager, whom I didn’t want to ask for versions reasons. I had an engineer colleague from FAANG that I left 1 year ago write my letter.

WL Duke ED? Was that the reason why? I got invited to Ross interview with the same rec letter (duke was schedule your own) so idk if it’s a total deal breaker
