I have about 5years of work ex. Although i didn't start in product domain, I later on switched to it.
I have a standing offer of ~23LPA- all fix (jump from 17.3). This is an absolute WFH role. I think i low balled myself by at least 20%.

That been said, I have couple of more prospects lined up, which are about to make me an offer. These roles are based out of Bangalore.

Given that I already have an offer of 23lpa. How much should I ask for from the next company?

Is it possible to land a $200k offer as a product designer when you not senior level or is that reaching. What can someone expect on a higher end even when negotiating?

Need perspective - my analyst and I worked on a deck that was reviewed twice by SM and PPMD himself, where we addressed comments. Last night we got an email from SM saying that “both are not comfortable with the document”. SM made changes and sent back for more edits. Not sure what to make of this? I mean SM reviewed it and OK’d it to send to Partner, who also reviewed once himself. But based on the email, it makes it sound like I (SC) delivered a bad product. I am totally surprised…
