Which one do you think is better work from office or work from home considering the current Covid situation in India?

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and had planned to go to Italy and Greece for our babymoon next month. Now I’m getting seconds thoughts because of COVID and some recent spikes in Europe. Would you go? I don’t wanna get COVID but I also don’t want to miss on this trip opportunity before the baby arrives. I’m worried ab all the airport and different flights we’ll be on as well as indoor dining. Don’t know if it’s worth the risk.

I need career advice. I jumped into pharma from consumer at the beginning of covid, right after I was promoted to a mid-level copy role. IBM which is my current company also offered counter with manager position but with 25 lpa. I know hike and variables are bad in ibm.
